How to use

During your baby’s awake time, spread the Tummy Time Mat on an even surface. When unrolling your mat for the first time- it may not be flat immediately, but will flatten out. Place your baby on his/her stomach. Follow your baby’s cues, but try to encourage at least 4-10 minutes of Tummy Time 2-3 times per day. This can gradually increase as your baby becomes stronger and more used to Tummy Time.

Care Instructions

The Main Mat is made of high grade UV coated PVC and can be wiped with a damp cloth. The detachable side panels are made mainly of micro active polyester fabric, which is water resistant and can also be wiped with a damp cloth. If necessary, they can be machine or hand-washed in mild soapy water. Do not wring, but leave to dry naturally.
